Hello, my name is Adele, and I'm from Naked Recovery Online, and I'm a trauma coach.
I help people really focus on putting their pasts in the past, and focusing powerfully on the future.
I've been working for many many years in divorce, and in helping people rebuild their relationships.
And I've developed this special retreat called The Clearing. So The Clearing is a four-day retreat to help people who are stuck in their life to really focus on making critical decisions about relationships and about whatever it is that's going on in their lives, so that they can focus on the future.
So the kind of people that come onto The Clearing are, they're in a real mess about something.
They have experienced lots of trauma, in particular areas in their life, with relationships and things that have happened, or they need to make a critical decision about whether to stay in a relationship, or whether to go.
It might also be that they're in a particular really stuck place in their career, or they just feel overwhelmed by all the things that have happened in their life.
So The Clearing is a four-day powerful retreat where you can tell your full story, have all the trauma processing to get clear on what to do moving forward.
And you'll leave with a clear plan of what it is the future is going to look like.
So if you want to find out more about The Clearing, book a clarity call with myself, or somebody on my team, so we can see if this is a vehicle to help you move forward in your life.
"When you forgive, you in no way change the past - but you sure do change the future."
